Panim El Panim is a reverse mission of 10 outstanding Israeli women who are professional and lay leaders working on issues of Social Justice and Jewish Pluralism in Israel to the Bay Area. They will be visiting the communities of San Francisco, Marin, and South Peninsula for a week of engaging workshops and events, and join local women on a weekend retreat at the beautiful Oceano Spa Hotel at Half Moon Bay.
WE WILL:
*Discover the progressive and evolving Israel of today and the women who have dedicated their lives to making a positive impact
*Find the parallels between pluralism in the Bay Area and in Israel and showcase Bay Area Jewish community leadership to our Israeli guests
*Learn about JCF work in Israel
*Help cultivate meaningful connections between our Israeli guests and local community leaders
*Discover and learn about the woman’s role in local and global social change
